All Because Two People Fell in Love

John and I met at Texas Tech University in 2004 and we just clicked; he is by far the best thing that ever happened to me. We married in April 2010 and began praying faithfully that God would one day answer our prayers and would bless us with the opportunity of expanding our family. For the last 8+ years, it has been John, Jackson (our lab) and myself but we knew we wanted more. After years of "experiencing" life we decided it was time ..... Now, several months later we are expecting our first little one aka BEAN! We are beyond overjoyed and feel very blessed. This blog is to share the little moments as well as the big ones with our family and friends.

Babymoon 2013

Well, after a week in the Outerbanks enjoying some R&R with each other and friends, we are now home and back to the real world. This trip was probably one of the most relaxing trips we have ever taken together. All our itinerary consisted of daily was sleeping in, beach, pool and naps.

We traveled with two other couples and not to mention one very furry child! Jackson just loved the pool...we had no doubts. As soon as we got to the house, John opened the gate surrounding the pool just to take a peek, Jackson took one look and jumped right in! He swam daily- it was so much fun watching him enjoy himself although he pouted the entire car ride home when it was finally time to leave.

We took very little pictures but will remember our time in NC fondly. Here are a few of the pictures that we did take.....
